- Telework must continue where possible
- Businesses with in-person operations must follow business and building safety orders
- All businesses operating at 50% Occupancy in the Yellow Phase may increase to 75% occupancy
- Childcare facilities may open complying with guidance
- Congregate care and prison restrictions in place
- Schools may provide in-person instruction only in accordance with Department of Education Guidelines
- Large gatherings of more than 250 people are prohibited
- In-person retail permitted, curbside and delivery preferable
- The following businesses can operate at 25% Capacity
- Restaurants and Bars
- Personal Care Services (including hair salons and barbershops) by Appointment Only
- Indoor Recreation, Health and Wellness Facilities and Personal Care Services (such as gyms and spas)
- All Entertainment (such as casinos, theaters, and shopping malls). Construction Activity may return to full capacity with continued implementation of protocols.

- Businesses must continue thorough cleaning procedures, have a plan should someone in the business be exposed to COVID-19, prevent contact with the public where possible, stagger work times for employees, provide access to protective equipment/hand washing stations/etc., maintain social distancing while working, and other protective measures.
- Businesses should require all persons to wear masks while in the facility.
- Businesses are permitted to deny persons access to the facility/premises if they are not wearing a mask.
- Everyone, workers and non workers, should be wearing masks when leaving the home. As a reminder, anyone leaving the home must be conducting life-sustaining business or activities.

When Should I Get Tested for COVID-19?
Individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria should consider getting tested for COVID-19:

Individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria should consider getting tested for COVID-19:
- Fever at or above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit AND respiratory symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath; OR
- Temperature at or above 99.6 degrees Fahrenheit AND 65 years of age or older; OR
- First responder (law enforcement, fire, EMS, or dispatcher) AND concern for exposure to a patient with suspected COVID-19 OR respiratory symptoms; OR
- Healthcare worker providing direct patient care AND no available testing through employer AND concern for exposure to a patient with suspected COVID-19 OR respiratory symptoms.
- Individuals with known or suspected contact with someone who has COVID-19
- People who are recommended for testing by their physician
- Those experiencing sudden illness (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc) or gastrointestinal issues (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea)
- Those experiencing loss of smell or taste

Borough Hall Information
Borough Hall is currently operating under reduced hours. Borough Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Borough Hall will continue to answer phones between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM each day following closing. If you need in-person assistance after 3:00 PM, please call Borough Hall at 215-443-9100.
Everyone entering Borough Hall should be wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.

The Borough of Hatboro Public Works Department will resume twice per week trash collection on Monday, July 27, 2020. If you are unsure of when your trash collection day is, please call Borough Hall at 215-443-9100. Until that time, the below schedule will remain in effect.
The Borough of Hatboro Public Works Department is currently collecting trash and recycling on a modified collection schedule. Due to COVID-19, residents only have one trash, recycling, and yard waste collection day per week which will take place on their regular recycling day. (Please note, there will be no changes in Recycling under this schedule)
Additionally, Bulk Trash is being collected on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. To purchase a bulk trash permit, please call Borough Hall at 215-443-9100.

- The parks in the Borough of Hatboro are open for visitors including basketball courts and playgrounds.

- Self-Employed Residents And Business Owners: The Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Program covers individuals who are self-employed, seeking part-time employment, or whom otherwise would not qualify for regular UC or EB under state or federal law or Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation. This program provides up to 39 weeks of benefits and is available starting with weeks of unemployment beginning on or after January 27, 2020 and ending on or before December 31, 2020.
